Wesley Fields has been in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical distribution markets with companies ranging from international Fortune 500 organizations to PE backed start-ups. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical distribution companies, he was an entrepreneur, building and consolidating multiple companies.

Wesley brings significant industry experience to EPIEN, including dental, medical, and veterinary. He has been an executive leader in sales, marketing, and operations. He brings strong leadership, vision, strategy development and execution, board/investor relations, sales processes and engagement, strategic account development, vendor relations, marketing, branding, and pricing strategies to EPIEN.

Wesley attended Brigham Young University where he studied Biology He has received additional certifications in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Change Management Leadership.
