Ms. Toni Pugsley, is our Vice President of Operations and she has been an instrumental part of growing the company for the past 25-years.  Toni manages all operational activities at the company’s manufacturing facility to ensure that the company’s products are assembled in accordance with US and international pharmaceutical guidelines.  She makes certain that the company continues to be an efficient operation with a focus on cost-effective systems that meet current and future needs of the organization. Under her position, she is responsible for hiring, training and evaluating all hourly employees.

In addition to Ms. Pugsley’s operational duties, she also supports the company’s CFO with a variety of financial responsibilities on a daily basis.

Prior to joining EPIEN, Toni was employed at the Sustane Corporation as the head of finance operations and at SECURIAN Financial Group working in Asset Management Group.
